Early insight program

Our paid Discover Us Fellowship program gives you the chance to discover how you'll thrive in a technology or finance career at U.S. Bank. The program is remote and spans multiple weeks, starting in late summer. You'll spend one week at our headquarters in Minneapolis and the remainder of the program in a virtual setting learning the basics of different career tracks, engaging with diversity initiatives, contributing to corporate social responsibility efforts and creating positive change in your community.
