Project Analyst

Uses their skills and experience to provide data-based recommendations for products and services. Supporting projects through all phases of the product life cycle, they are vital liaisons with other departments within the bank. 

Client Executive

Serves as the strategic liaison between our merchant acquiring team and our clients, representing a broad range of business channels and managing a portfolio of national accounts within a specific industry vertical. They own the client relationship, including account maintenance, revenue growth, profitability enhancement, strategic planning, contract renewals, and overall satisfaction.

Product Manager

Brings our human + digital strategy to life. They drive product vision, planning, and development—aligning teams, interpreting business data and defining outcomes that drive innovation. From discovery to delivery, they manage the full product life cycle, collaborating across agile, design, technology, and risk partners.  

Merchant Services Account Executive

Connects our merchant payment services and capabilities to small- and medium-sized businesses. They are customer centric sales enthusiasts tasked with growing our bank partner relationships and using their knowledge to connect clients with our products to meet their needs. They maintain and implement an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.  

Client Account Manager

Represents the enterprise to our clients. They are responsible for the overall management of a book of accounts, including escalation for all client issues. They consult with clients leveraging data analysis, industry education, and more, to improve performance.

Business Card Consultant

Builds and deepens client relationships by identifying opportunities through a strong understanding of markets, financial products, and customer needs. They navigate complex client needs and deliver tailored financial solutions through strategic sales presentations, robust referral networks, and proactive outreach programs, driving business development and value at every stage. 

Sales Representative

Pursues new business opportunities, builds relationships with prospective clients, and converts leads into customers. This role emphasizes growth and market expansion rather than managing existing accounts.
