Our branch banking approach

They educate clients on the latest digital capabilities available to them when they visit the branch and use technology like cobrowse to engage directly with our clients near and far. We continue to invest in our branches and bankers so they can find new ways to help clients navigate difficult or complicated decisions that directly power their potential.

The client relationship consultant adapts a digital-first mindset as they build relationships with clients engaging them through multiple in-person and virtual channels to provide the best possible guidance.
