If the system recognizes the phone number you’re calling from, you’ll only need to enter your date of birth. If not, you’ll be asked to enter the first six letters of your last name, your date of birth and – if you’re a first-time caller – your ZIP code.
Certain Alight services require a password. Use your password for logging in to Your Total Rewards from a non-work computer (non-single sign on). If you forgot this password, say “I don't know it” when prompted.
Once you enter your identifying information, you’ll be directed to the main menu.
